Moses Abwire Akuloba is currently a Doctorate student of Philosophy at Moi University specializing in Environmental Ethics. He holds an M. Phl. Degree in Philosophy from the same institution. He has been a lecturer of Philosophy since 2003. He has attended and participated in a number of conferences and had some of his papers published as chapters in books and refereed journal.
