Dr. Leonard K. Kirui is an ICT professional with an extensive academic background, including a PhD in Information Technology from Kibabii University, complementing his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in the field. His research specializes in Semantic Web, Fluid Ontologies, and Green Computing, resulting in several peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
Currently, he manages donor-funded ICT projects at Moi University's African Cluster Centre. His technical expertise encompasses website development, database administration, and general ICT support. Additionally, Dr. Kirui serves as a part-time lecturer at the university's School of Information Sciences, teaching courses in Software Engineering and ICT Management. He is an active member of several professional bodies, including the Association of Computing Practitioners of Kenya member no PM000463 and the Internet Society member no 2227889.
