Kanda Brian Kiptoo is an intern at the Moi University African Cluster Centre. He holds a Bachelor of Ars degree from Moi University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts (Literature) degree from Moi University. Kanda has presented papers at a couple of conferences, including the Inaugural Moi University International Conference on African Studies and the RecAf, Stellenbosch University Seasonal School in South Africa. As a teacher, Kanda continues to mentor thousands of students under the Wings to Fly Programme, which involves inspiring students across the country. Outside academia, Kanda is an astute debater and public speaker who was, among other accomplishments, crowned the best debate adjudicator in the East Africa Schools Debate Championships held in the East African Court at Arusha, Tanzania.

Agushoma Stephen
Bio Agushoma Stephen is a teacher of Biology and Chemistry, and he holds a bachelor's degree in education science from Moi University. Currently, he is in his second year, taking a masters degree in curriculum studies. He has had a knack for acting from a young age and as such he is a profound actor. He is also a producer of plays, and he educates and fosters acting talents among his peers. As an outspoken person he is not afraid to air his thoughts engage in discussion and also moderate conversations and debates. In the education field he majors curriculum studies with an emphasis on theatre in education. He has presented a couple if papers, including "storytelling through traditional music in creative cultural dances in the Kenyan drama and film festival, presented in the Traditional music/musical traditions: pastness in African music today - substance and significance. Festus Kiprotich Kiprono

Kiprotich Festus is a postgraduate student in Moi University majoring in a Bachelors of Education(Arts), English and Literature, Currently he is undertaking his Post Graduate education in Moi university, a degree of Master of Education in Language Education(English), He also serves as an intern at MU-ACC. A teacher by profession, he has been a member of guidance and counselling guiding the youth in the society and through engagements in organised events by the various non profit organisations and NGOs such as Tulavi and red cross. He has been able to reach out to the youths and guide on mental awareness as a participant in the events. He is passionate in championing for the youth to open up on issues that affect them and seeing to how the same could be alleviated. View cv
