Prof. Robert O. Oduori is an Associate Professor of Kiswahili in the department of Kiswahili and Other African Languages of Moi University. His area of interest is Critical Discourse Analysis. He is also a specialist in Literary text translations. Notably, he was among the lead team that translated the Standing Orders of the National Assembly from English to Kiswahili. Prof. Oduori has taught, supervised and developed Kiswahili Programmes both locally and internationally. He is equally widely published in journals, books and book chapters.
